Cherry Fruit Squash

Boil Cherries with 1 cup of water and smash it .
Then remove its seeds and grind the cherries to fine paste.
Now add 1/2 cup water to the paste and again cook it in low flame for 5 or 10 mins.
In a separate pan prepare sugar syrup (For 1 cup cherries add 3 cups sugar) and allow it to cool.
Then mix Cherry extract to sugar syrup and transfer it to a glass bottle and refrigerate.

Add 1/4 cup of Cherry squash with 3/4 cup of water and serve chill.

Egg Kola

Ingredients:

Coconut powder - 1 cup
Fried gram - 1/2 cup
Green Chilly - 4
Garlic pieces - 5
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon- 1/2 inch
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Curry leaves  and Coriander leaves
Egg - 1 or 1/2
Small Onions - 5 or 6
Turmeric powder
Salt

Method :
Grind all except Egg , without adding water .
Transfer it to a bowl and add egg , turmeric powder and salt
Mix well and make it into small balls .
Fry it in Oil in low flame.

It contains all healthy ingredients, and here is the ingredients and the method of preparation.

Wheat--1cupwater--3 cupsghee--3 to 4 tspJaggery - 2 cupscashews--1 tspkismiss or raisins-1 tspcardamom powder--1/2 tsp
Take a deep bottom thick vessel,with about 2 table spoon of ghee, now add broken wheat and fry it for 5 min..Now add 3 cups of water in fried Rava ,stir well keep the vessel closed with a lid and cook it on a low flame.After it completely cooked,add jaggery and mix well.Keep stirring until it absorbed completely.Add few amount of ghee if you want more taste.Fry raisins and cashews to light golden brown colour and add these to kesari.An easy and simple recipe is ready to eat....A healthier version too....:)
