Ingredients:Idli batter -- 2 cups
Ragi powder -- 4 or 5 tsp
Cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
Asafoetida -- a little
salt -- to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well and make small uthappams.
Serve hot with tomato chutney.
